Overview
If you have any issues with your order, please email salaam@ummahlit.com with your order details so we can first find an agreeable resolution, including an exchange if an item is defective. If you still wish to request a refund, please note of our policy:
All sales are final. If you request a refund or return, we reserve the right to review each request and, at our discretion, provide an exception to our returns policy and allow a full or partial refund if an item was purchased within 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we reserve the right to not offer you a full or partial refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
These items are non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at salaam@ummahlit.com to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you instructions on where to return your purchase. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If not approved, we will communicate to you the next steps.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
